A bigger group changes the rhythm of a game. Look at how long a person might wait between turns, whether anyone is eliminated early and how much space the game needs.
Choose for your particular group
Wordplay, drawing, guessing and hidden information ask for different kinds of confidence. Check language dependence and whether the activity requires knowledge that some guests will not share. Give people a comfortable way to skip a prompt.
Before the first round
Explain how teams are formed, how a round ends and how disagreements will be settled. Keep the first demonstration short. If you change a rule, agree on the change before scoring starts.
